- What happens during my consultation?
- Your consultation is an unhurried, one-on-one appointment with Dumarina. She reviews your medical and cosmetic history, assesses your facial anatomy and discusses your concerns in detail. You will leave with an individual treatment plan, confirmed pricing and clear information about what is and is not appropriate for you. There is no obligation to proceed on the day.
- Is there downtime?
- It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections usually involve minimal downtime, while volumising may cause mild swelling or bruising for a few days. Microneedling can leave redness for a day or two, and medical peels may cause light flaking. Expected downtime is listed on each treatment page and confirmed in your consultation.
- How do I prepare for my appointment?
- Arrive with clean skin where possible and avoid alcohol on the day. If you take blood-thinning medication or supplements, or have had recent dental work, vaccinations or skin treatments, please mention this when you book. Full preparation guidance is provided ahead of your appointment.
- Can I return to work afterwards?
- Many patients return to their usual day after shorter injectable appointments. Skin treatments may leave visible redness for a short period, so some patients prefer to schedule these later in the week. Dumarina will help you choose timing that suits your commitments.
- How do I book?
- Bookings are made through secure online booking, available from any Book a Consultation button on this website. If you would like to ask something before booking, send an enquiry through the contact page and the clinic will reply within one business day.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- Appointments can be changed through your booking confirmation or by contacting the clinic directly. As appointments are single-patient and time is held specifically for you, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
- Where are the clinics located?
- There are two locations in South West Sydney. Mount Annan: Central, Shop 15/1 Raintree Way, Mount Annan NSW 2567, available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Wetherill Park: Shop 38, Market Town Centre 1024, The Horsley Drive, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, available Thursday. Sunday is by appointment only.
- Are treatments suitable for everyone?
- No. Suitability depends on your health, history and goals, and some patients are advised against treatment or referred elsewhere. Assessment by a Registered Nurse is part of every plan, and individual results vary.
