Cancellation Policy

Appointments are single-patient and the time is held specifically for you. If your plans change, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

Changes can be made through your booking confirmation or by contacting the clinic directly.

If you arrive late, we will treat you where the remaining time allows. Where it does not, the appointment may need to be rescheduled so that your care is not rushed.

Repeated cancellations at short notice or missed appointments may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
